ADVISORY: 1:15 TODAY (NEW TIME!)- ACLU Press Conference on State Supreme Court Decision Striking Down Douglas County Voucher Program

DENVER –The Colorado Supreme Court today struck down a Douglas County voucher program that had attempted to provide public education funds to private religious schools.  The ACLU of Colorado, which argued the case before the Court last December, will hold a press conference at 1:15 today at 303 E. 17^th Ave in Denver to respond to the decision.
