The ACLU of Colorado made a formal request for a Department of Justice investigation of Denver law enforcement on behalf of the Greater Denver Metro Ministerial Alliance, the Denver Branch NAACP, the family of Rev. Marvin L. Booker and Killmer Lane & Newman, LLP, attorneys for the family.
