Description:
The ACLU of Colorado made a formal request for a Department of Justice investigation of Denver law enforcement on behalf of the Greater Denver Metro Ministerial Alliance, the Denver Branch NAACP, the family of Rev. Marvin L. Booker and Killmer Lane & Newman, LLP, attorneys for the family.
The letter is addressed to Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez (Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division) and Section Chief Jonathan Smith (Department of Justice, Special Litigation Section).
