The ACLU and Immigrant Rights
Thursday, January 12, 2012 - 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Join civil liberties activists and other community members for "The ACLU and Immigrant Rights," a lively presentation and Q&A on the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado and its view that while our nation has unquestioned authority to control its borders and to regulate immigration, we must follow the rule of law, the fundamental norms of humanity and the requirements of the Constitution.
Speakers Bureau Volunteer Kathleen Hynes, PH.D will headline this event. Free and open to the community.
Location: High Plains Unitarian Universalist Church, 1825 Dominion Way, Colorado Springs 80918.
