Young Professionals Groups
Our Young Professionals Groups are educational programs created for individuals aged 25 to 45 and dedicated to keeping you informed and listening to your ideas and concerns. Our goal is to inform and engage you in our efforts to protect, defend and extend our cherished freedoms.
Due to the enormous interest for the program in Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs have launched their own ACLU Young Professionals Groups.
About the YP Groups:
- Meet in the evenings, every other month, at different venues – designed to stimulate creativity and facilitate conversations.
- Feature expert speakers who discuss pressing civil rights issues (for example: Andrew Romanoff, Speaker of the House; Lisa Graves, National ACLU Senior Counsel for Legislative Strategy; Congresswoman Diana DeGette).
- Provide opportunities to take action to preserve our civil liberties.
- Offer special networking and education events throughout the year designed exclusively around the interest of young professionals.
