24. Boulder DA Candidate: Mike Foote

District Attorneys are one of the most influential players in the criminal justice system. They choose who gets charged for which crimes, hold police accountable for misconduct, and provide access to alternatives to incarceration. In this episode ACLU of Colorado Public Policy Director, Denise Maes and Staff Attorney Rebecca Wallace sit down with Boulder District Attorney candidate Mike Foote to discuss immigration, police accountability, and more.
