Lindsey joined ACLU of Colorado as a staff attorney in July 2023. Before joining the ACLU of Colorado, Lindsey worked as a Legal Fellow at the University of Georgia School of Law First Amendment Clinic, where she engaged in direct representation, education, and advocacy to defend constitutional freedoms in the Southeast.
Lindsey graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she was a member of the Black Law Student Association and the National Mock Trial Team. During law school, she worked as a student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic and a fellow with the White Center for the Study of American Constitutional Law. She also interned with the ACLU of Colorado during her 2L summer and is eager to return.
Lindsey earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University with a degree in political science and minors in criminal justice and social welfare.
In her free time, Lindsey likes visiting breweries and running a romance book club. She is also the secretary of the Sam Cary Bar Association.
