This fall, freedom is on the ballot. Colorado voters will decide on over a dozen ballot initiatives, and possibly many more at the local level. Rest assured that no matter who wins the presidential election, the ACLU of Colorado and our federated network remain ready to use all the tools at our disposal – litigation, legislation, advocacy, and grassroots mobilization – to ensure that Colorado lives up to the promise of the Constitution.
However, the best way to stop this extremism is by defeating it on the ballot this fall. Join us as we kick off the season to hold the line for civil rights, get out the vote, and to stop Project 2025.
