  • Leisel Kemp, whose brother Jason was killed by CSP after they entered his home without a warrant, spoke at the 2013 Bill of Rights Dinner about the ACLU’s legal advocacy on behalf of her family.

  • Out of Sight, Out of Mind is an original short film from the ACLU of Colorado about a man who has spent 17 years in solitary confinement and now suffers from debilitating mental illness.

ACLU At Boulder CreekFest

Mark the start of summer by dropping by the ACLU booth at the Boulder Creekfest.

Our booth is #807, the third space east of the east pedestrian bridge over Boulder Creek (the bridge near the Municipal Building, not the Library). It is on the south side of the creek and on the north side of the sidewalk.

Boulder County Chapter volunteers will be available to tell people about the work we're doing, sign up new members, and hand out free copies of our ever-popular "Bustcards" your wallet-size guide to being stopped by the police.

Want to join our street team and volunteer for a two-hour shift at our booth? Email Erik Maulbetsch, or call him at 303.777.5482 x100.
