Citizens United & the First Amendment

What does the Citizens United case mean for the First Amendment? What does it mean for the ACLU?

Judd Golden, the ACLU’s Boulder County Chapter chair will explain why the ACLU wrote a brief on behalf of Citizen United and against the prohibition of “electioneering communication” as defined in the McCain-Feingold Act.

The talk takes place in University of Colorado At Boulder Wolf Law School, Room 304

It's FREE, (though the ACLU always accepts donations) and lunch is provided.
