MLK Day Marade

Join the ACLU of Colorado as we honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy at the 2015 MLK Marade.

DATE:  Monday, January 19th

MEETING TIME:  9 A.M. at the MLK I HAVE A DREAM MEMORIAL

PROGRAM BEGINS: 10 A.M.

MARADE BEGINS: 10:45 A.M.

DIRECTIONS TO THE MEMORIAL:  Drive/walk north on Esplanade St. to the memorial; look for ACLU signs and banner. Esplanade St. is west of East High School (2600 E. Colfax Ave.).

PARADE ROUTE:  The Marade will proceed south of City Park along Esplanade St. to Colfax Avenue; then west on Colfax Ave. to Broadway; south on Broadway to Civic Center Park.  Total distance is 5K.

REMEMBER:
DRESS APPROPRIATELY FOR THE WEATHER CONDITIONS
